Order Cancellation Policy

At Anna Amber, we understand that plans can change. Below is our policy for order cancellations.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as long as they haven't been shipped.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

We are unable to cancel orders that:

  • Have already been processed or shipped
  • Contain customized or final sale items

Once shipped, you may return the order following our Return and Refund Policy after receiving it.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order:

  1. Email us at support@annaamber.com
  2. Include your order number and a cancellation request
  3. We will confirm if the cancellation is possible

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

  • Your payment will be fully refunded
  • Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours
  • It may take 10 business days to reflect in your account
